PRESSURE TRANSMITTERS

SUCO Pressure Transmitters

CONTINUOUS MONITORING AND ABSOLUTE PRECISION

Pressure transmitters are designed to convert the physical quantity of pressure into a standardised analogue or digital electrical signal to be sent to a PLC or control unit. Thanks to its extensive and long-standing expertise, SUCO offers a range of sensing technologies to meet different application requirements, without ever compromising the long-term stability that defines the company’s approach. In particular, the SUCO Group uses SoS technology, which offers numerous advantages

  • excellent resistance to overpressure
  • fast response
  • virtually zero long-term drif
  • negligible hysteresis
  • excellent compatibility with rapid temperature changes
  • EMC/EMI compliance

SUCO PRESSURE TRANSMITTERS: BEYOND THE LIMITS OF STANDARD SENSORS

In the industrial pressure transmitter market, accuracy is not the only parameter to consider. Many suppliers offer standard solutions for general-purpose use, but when an application requires long-term stability under extreme stress, SUCO pressure transmitter technology makes the difference.

COMPATIBILITY WITH THE MOST COMMON APPLICATIONS

The transmitters are designed for seamless integration into automated control systems and Industry 4.0 architectures. We offer all the most widely requested output configurations:

  • 4–20 mA analogue signal – ideal for long-distance transmission thanks to its immunity to electromagnetic interference
  • 0–10 V / 0.5–4.5 V voltage output – pfor fast, direct reading by PLCs and data acquisition boards
  • CAN J1939 / CANopen digital protocols – solutions for advanced integration into bus networks (CiA DS-301, CiA DS-404, DIN EN 50325-4, EN ISO 11898-2 CAN 2.0 A; SAE J1939, DIN ISO 11898-2 CAN 2.0 B)

SUCO transmitters are available with protection ratings up to IP6K9K. This makes them the ideal choice for mobile hydraulics (construction and agricultural machinery) and for all applications where mud, water, and vibration are part of normal operating conditions.
